You know for over 8 months now i have listen to your BULLSHIT....some people here are actually tring to do this correctly an djust want to ask some questions when in doubt...or look for support. I find it amazing you actually climb up onto your soapbox and give attention to the person who annoys you. Do you think you're the first person to post an anti JC thread? Do a google search of this group, there's a new one every week. Then you proceed to post in the same exact profane manner you complain about? Now you sound like the dumbass. It's like your setting the wiffle ball up on a tee for JC to hit it off. Let's say this for millionth time in this group...if you don't like someone, killfile him. It's really not that hard. Not everyone here is interested in helping newb's, although thankfully many others are. Personally, I find his posts comical, and if you pay attention...legitimate concerns from people who ask realistic, informed questions (read: people not looking for an excuse why they gained weight) usually get a pretty informative response.
