This was probably discussed to death before I started again, but I just
wanted to throw my two cents in.  I ate the thing just because I didn't
want to waste money.  I'd never order one again.  Their salads are much,
much better.

Interesting.  I've only had one, but I found it quite tasty but it was way
too small for the price (IMO).  Apparently, the size of your wrap highly
depends on the person making it, and hence so does its nutritional impact.

Could be that I'd become accustomed to white bread, and just couldn't find
enjoyment in the strange (to me) taste of the whole wheat tortilla.  I
still think I'd enjoy one of their salads more.

I just finished one off... I got a roast chicken one, it was a little
expensive, not very filling but alright. I agree though, the salads are much
better :)

A friend and I went to a move, then out to eat afterwards. At Subway, I
tried a wrap.  It was small, not very good, and way too expensive.  Other
than that, it was okay.

I really like the wraps.  I order two, though.  The chicken ranch and
then usually something else from their normal menu.

So, which part was "okay"? Too small, not very good, too
expensive...what were its redeeming qualities for you to give it an
"okay"?

Can't you get any sandwhich as a salad instead? At least it used to be that way.

Yup.  I get a BMT with twice the meat.

You were just writing about how poor you are being on disability and all,
but here you go wasting money on expensive crap.

Most of us probably aren't in danger of eating too little. :)

He gives financial advice too. Now that Dr. Phil is gone, maybe there's a
spot for him on Oprah.

Have you tried the SafeWay lowcarb signature sandwich?

We don't have SafeWays here.  Sorry.

I tried it last week, but not the ones they advertise.  I just ordered my
usual 6" tuna salad with the cheese, plus lettuce and cucumber on the wrap
instead of the bread.  I don't know how large the 2 special ones they
advertise are, but my version was quite large and about $1 less than their
special ones.
I really liked the wrap.  Does anyone know what brand they're using?
