I've been stalled at a 20 pound loss for about 3 weeks now (it seems). I'm
not cheating on anything, have been walking (trying to jog) almost every
other day, and carbs have been kept between 20 and 30.
I've been semi watching calories, keeping them under 1800 all the time w/o
really trying and haven't been hungry. I don't have the numbers for you on
fats, etc., but here's an example of a couple of days:
day1:
bfast:
eggs/bacon/sausage
lunch:
pork chop/zuccini/spinach
dinner:
steak/shrimp/lettuce <-- this was a free meal, I don't often eat steak for
dinner when i'm cooking
day2:
bfast:
eggs/bacon/sausage
lunch:
roast beef sandwich sans bread
dinner:
sausage/saurkraut(sp?)/salad <-- planned for tonight
If I'm due for a "this is normal, get back to your life and forget about
it", then send it right over ;-) Just a little frustrated and for the life
of me can't remember if it helps to eat MORE cal and fat early on to help
lose, or whether I should be at the point where I start restricting more.

I think you're going through the 'three week semi-stall' and if you
carry on doing what you've been doing, you body will catch up - I lost
20lbs in the first two weeks, and then stalled for three. I reckon
that having lost 20lbs reasonably quickly, your body is replacing its
fluids and generally getting over the shock. I say give it another
three to five weeks and if nothing has happened reexamine your eating
then.
