I eat at least one low carb bar a day as a inbetween snack. I like the
atkins bars but am getting tired of em. What is your favorite, tastyist and
satifying low carb bar you have had. Thanks

P.S. I like to buy them by the case at the local trader joes.

Strive S'mores bars. My TJs carry them, but buy a single bar first to see
if you like them.

They also have other flavors (Apple Cinnamon, and Peanut Butter that I
recall) but I haven't tried them yet.

Luna Peanut Caramel Chocolate bars.  These are by far the best tasting low-carb
(2 grams net carbs) bars I've had yet.  Luna also makes other flavors but I
haven't tried them yet.

I buy 'em at Kroger's, my local supermarket.

They are NOT 2 carbs per bar. You have been scammed.

I like the Keto Oatmeal Raisin crunch, eat them for breakfast a lot.  I get
them from www.vitacost.com

There aren't very many of either in them, just enough for flavoring, main
ingredient is a protein blend.  They have 2 g maltitol and 10 g of glycerine
which I count as carbs.  I feel yucky when I get up in the morning and don't
feel like cooking.  One of these with my coffee is a great start to the day,
they don't have that yucky chocolate coating that so many of the bars have.
I am happy with my weight loss, I am not moaning and complaining about being
stalled--or anything else except perhaps the fact that some people want to
impose their values about food on me.

I eat Carbrite, make by Carbolite. You can get them at Walmart, Target and most
lowcarb stores..So far Walmart is the cheapest at 96 cents each..
They are satisfying, taste good, dont raise my glucose level and are not a
trigger food.. My husband keeps them in his briefcase for when he is on planes
and all they offer are pretzels and cookies, and when he has a long drive to
the middle of nowhere. ..
As always YMMV and this is JMO
