Today as I was packing to go away for the weekend
I pulled out some Shorts that I haven't worn in 3 years
They are a 40 waist. Well I am sitting in them now as I write this.
when I started this journey on Jan 3rd, I was wearing 46's.
I can't tell you the feeling I got when I buttoned the button, and I
didn't have to Struggle. I still have a few more inches to go as my
goal was 38 waist, but I thuibk I'll continue to a 36.

I just wanted to share this with you all as reading your posts
have help me stay the course.  thank you all.

Holy crap!  That is great news.  Six inches is a lot.  That's 2 inches per
month.

I can almost fit in some of my 40's, down from a fairly tight fit in a 42 at
beginning of Feb. Now I can pull my 42's off w/o unbuttoning :-) Some of
them almost fall off by themselves ;-)

*smile*  Thank you Donna.  It's very helpful for me to think this way.  It
reminds me of my "after" pictures, and how much better I looked and felt,
and the knowledge that it IS going to happen again, and then some!

Thanks again,
