Hola,

A Chipotle Restaurant recenty opened in Gainesville, FL and I went
there to check it out.  (I love Mexican food).  They have this nice
Burrito Bowl that it's everything but the tortilla.  You chose the
meat, the veggies and the toppings.  It was very tasty.

I did not choose the rice, but I did ask for beans (about 1/4 cup of
beans).  The meat that I chose was the carnitas (pork), they also have
chicken and beef.  The veggies tasted fresh, and they use romaine
lettuce, to my surprise.

If you have one around I recommend it.  Don't get the nachos!!!!

I've only been there once.  I had the Burrito Bowl.  The salad was HUGE!
And delicious.  They're set up kinda like Subway.  As your bowl goes down
the assembly line, you can ask for whatever you want on the salad.  I'd go
there again in a heartbeat if we had one locally.

That's where I first tried Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce.  It says "Milder
Jalapeno" around the neck of the bottle.  It's not hot, just flavorful.
I'm a total wimp where hot foods are concerned, and I love this stuff.
Look for the green bottle, if you'd like to try it.

My concern about eating at a place like that is, you just don't know
how much sugar they put in the salsa or the sauce that th meat is
stewing in. Sacriligous as it is, yes some people put sugar in their
salsa. A real sin!

For a while Chipotle was the only fast food that I would eat, but I had a very
bad experience that has sort of put me off their food.

I had an allergic reaction to something that I ate there and when I emailed
asking for ingredient info (and explaining why I needed the info) their reply
was to ask me what I was allergic to & they would tell me what I could &
couldn't eat on their menu.

If they are not willing to tell me what is in their food, I am not sure if I
should be ingesting it, allergies or no allergies:(
