this stuff is amazing. 1 cup is 100 cal. 4.6 fat, 12 protein, 3 gms of carbs,
(sugar 2 and 1 of fiber). no sugar alcohols. just splenda, whey proteins and
milk. kinda thick and creamy. nice over ice or with chocolate soda for a very
real tasting egg cream. the manufacturer is hood. i understand they have a
plain milk one as well, but they didn't have any at my supermarket. try it
you'll like it. i don't own stock in the company, but i'd like to see this
product succeed. with all the fake food around (i don't do sugar alcohols) this
is a nice treat and quite good.

I buy it once and awhile for DH.
He said something that on the carton to use  in a certain amount of days once
opening??
I don't have one in front of me..
I felt that was kinda strange..

DH likes it but its hard for him to drink all that is a few days  lol

It is perfectly fine for a much longer period than that indicated
on the carton.  I think nothing of that caution.  Milk goes bad
whether or not there is something on the carton.

I've been enjoying a half gallon of this product for about a month.
I would put a 1/4 cup of it over my vanilla breyers ice cream for a
daily chocolate treat.   Delicious!.

However, I found that I had gained about 5 pounds over the last month
so a week ago, I stopped all the 'treats' and went on the Atkins Fat
Fast.   I've lost the 5 pounds and more and looking forward to the
finishing the fat fast so I can indulge again.
