Friday and Saturday I ate 0 carbs. I weighed Saturday I'd lost 2 pounds
since I'd weighed a week ago. I weighed today I'd lost 4 more pounds
since yesterday. I added 10 carbs today I'm going to weigh again
tomorrow and see if I gain any weight back from adding the carbs.
What sorts of things did you eat on your zero carb days?

I only ate meat and eggs. I guess it wasn't really 0 carbs but I didn't
eat any salads, other veggies or low carb bread.
