Just wondering where they are located.
Too new to be in the yellow pages.
I know one is in Bellevue.

Fred Meyers has lots of low cart stuff. Also there's a place down town
called Protein Planet.
Hope this helps,

Hi Ernie,
There is a LOW CARB store in Kirkland called TLC (Totally Low Carb) . I will
post the phone number if you want it. I saw another LOW CARB store in
Bellevue--I think it was near the Sears in the Overlake area (across from
Fred Meyers).
I have gone to the TLC in Kirkland. It's ok...they have a lot of lc candies
and such. I have not been to the one in Overlake yet...soon, I hope. And,
yes, as the other poster replied, Fred Meyers has an assortment of lc
products! One of which is Hood's Milk--in all three varieties!!

there is a shop in Burien dedicated to low carb -- should be in this
years phone book (I have not yet journeyed down there as the local
stores carry enough specialty products to meet my needs

I'm not familiar with any, but don't overlook Bellevue's Cash and
Carry (near Overlake) for da Vinci syrups, and Larry's market for
their own brand of whole wheat/high fiber LC tortillas that, IMO, are
tastier than their competitors.

Ah Burien is much closer to me, thanks.
Yes I know about Fred Meyer
If you want really good cheap low-carb bread hit the Gai's / Franz
bakery outlet store on 6th ave, a few blocks north of Spokane Ave..
4g per slice bread that tastes like real bread for $1.39.

I find all sorts of low carb stuff at Trader Joes. There is one
located in the University district off Roosevelt. There is also one
off 99 out a few miles north past Costco.
