I'm on South Beach and doing OK, but in a current lull--
Went out for a change and ate at Ruby Tuesday's. Ordered the "Burger
Wrap" from their low carb menu. It claims to be only 8 (or 11?) carbs.
It had at least 6 ounces of burger wrapped in some sort of leathery
tortilla. Very tasty. Upa pound today, but can't blame it just on the
burger. It'll go away tomorrow.
I have to wonder about the carbs including that tortilla - anyone know
what it is?

I have been to a Ruby Tuesday once. I was out driving and became lost.
The store stuck out in my head because someone told me the song
decribed me very well. I went in to eat there. Great food. Not sure I
will be able to find that exact spot again, or feel that moment again
being there. It was a beautiful day, lost and confused. The beauty
around me was so great. I pulled my car over and got out and let the
beauty sink into my soul. Then seen that resturant off in the
distance. What a nice memory.
The song goes like this...
She would never say where she came from
Yesterday don't matter if it's gone
While the sun is bright
Or in the darkest night
Nobody knows
She goes and goes
Goodbye, Ruby Tuesday
Who could hang a name on you?
When you change with every new day
Still I'm gonna miss you...
Don't question why she needs to be so free
She'll tell you it's the only way to be
She just can't be chained
To a life where nothing's gained
And nothing's lost
At such a cost
Goodbye, Ruby Tuesday
Who could hang a name on you?
When you change with every new day
Still I'm gonna miss you...
There's no time to lose, I heard her say
Catch your dreams before they slip away
Dying all the time
Lose your dreams
And you will lose your mind.
Ain't life unkind?
Goodbye, Ruby Tuesday
Goodbye, Ruby Tuesday
Still I'm gonna miss you
Goodbye, Ruby Tuesday
Who could hang a name on you?
When you change with every new day
Still I'm gonna miss you...
miss you..
