Any dummy should know that a "national newsmagazine" of any repute
would *never* operate with a hotmail address! But then, there are
those who are extra dumb...

Not so, regular email accounts are a big pain in the butt for businesses who
have the problem of filtering out all the spam and viruses without missing
any valid mail. Haven't you noticed that many business sites require that
you submit mail to them through a web interface? Using a disposable hotmail
address for a one-time project makes a lot of sense.

That could be so. My bad. It hasn't always been that way, for sure.
Most reputable companies want to instill confidence in their
prospective customers so they maintain their own domain including
webmail. Personally, I won't do business with anyone using a hotmail
address (because they *are* disposable) unless it's on ebay and they
have a very good seller rating. YMMV.

And make sure that it is not really affiliated with "Shape" magazine...
right Sheila?
