Skim milk is best for the diet you're on.  It has more carbs than whole
milk.

In spite of the other reply, there *are* several lines of low
carb cereal, and there are also some very good low carb
milks. The Atkin's branded cereals I tried all tasted pretty
good. Some others not so good. None of them slowed
my weight loss.

The problem I have found, is that these low carb cereals
all caused intestinal disturbances, and so I stopped eating
them. Might be all the fiber in them, or the non-trivial
amount of carbs they do have, or the combination of
both.

Of the low carb milks that I have tried, the ones with
cream as a major ingredient have the best taste, and
run about 3g of carbs per cup. I like to add DaVinci
or Torani syrups to mine, which practically makes
them into a dessert. One brand has a chocolate
flavor that is very good, but my local store always
seems to be sold out of it. :-)

All the grocery stores in my area sell them, but not
in the normal cereal section. Check with your grocer.

Try Keto Crisp, Low Carb Special K, or generic puffed wheat.  I buy walmart's
generic brand.  Diluted heavy cream works well on cereal,  I also add
blueberries or strawberries and so far have lost 50 lobs!

I love the new Hoods chocolate milk commercial, where the guy is hallucinating
about a fountain of chocolate milk!

Special K makes a "low carb" cereal, but it's 9 grams per bowl. The
Atkins cereals have the best taste. If you don't want chocolate milk
the Hood Low Carb Whole Milk is better than the Hood 2% or Fat Free.

Hoods low carb, red carton.  The chocolet is great for drinking too.

I would use heavy cream diluted with water with some splenda added.

JC is right in this case.  Cereal is not low carb.
