I'm not clear, as Flex Points was just starting the last time I stopped
doing WW...  Should I add activity points to my daily goal as part of a
minimum requirement, or does it just go to my extra points?

Thanks,
Nancy

You add them to your daily target. Under the flex plan program you have to
use the activity points in the day they were earned. No "banking" like you
could before.

Just to clarify -- you don't have to eat any activity points you earn.  You
can't bank them, but if you're on 26 regular points and earn 2 activity
points, you don't have to eat 28 points that day -- it's your choice whether
to turn APs into food points or not.

Thanks Anne. I forgot to mention that. I rarely eat my Activity points
myself. Others eat all of them.

I had kind of thought that if you didn't eat your activity points, you might
not be eating enough to actually lose weight?

If you are earning lots of points each day then you are correct otherwise it
is supposed to help with the weight loss. I only earn a couple of points for
my Curves session so I don't bother eating them unless I need them. Others
that earn 8 points of swimming or hiking probably should be eating at least
some of them. Each person is different.

Thanks.  I think I'll try to eat half of them and see what happens.
