I could have made lifetime today, but I weighed in at 136, a gain of
3.4 and 6 lbs over my goal of 130.
Like Donna, I am backsliding. :( I have started giving in to my
grazing impulse at home and am not making great choices at the parties
we've been to lately (although I think I'm eating better than I would
have done a year ago, which is when we started WW).
Last night our local homemade ice cream place had it's annual pajama
party, so by coming in our pajamas, we each won a free quart and we
also took "Best Couple" and won a free 9" round ice cream cake. All in
coupons to be redeemed later. :) However, we did buy some ice cream,
which I had planned for. We have also fallen in with a crowd (from the
Chamber of Commerce) who likes to drink/taste wine and I am finding it
difficult to pass up the good wine at parties (I am keeping the amount
smaller though than I would have pre-WW, which I consider a partial
victory). And the owner of the aforementioned ice cream store is a CoC
member, so there are always ice cream cakes on hand (DH and I usually
split a slice).
DH and I are starting in with a renewed effort tomorrow. While we are
not blowing it all out today, our week starts tomorrow and Monday is a
nice round day to start. ;) I'll try to start posting my journals, but
I've been having less time for the computer lately.
Congrats to everyone who has lost and commiserations to those who
didn't, although it's not the end of the world! :)

Awwww, that is so frustrating! Just be extra good today, and drink lots of
water! It 's impossible to gain 3.4 of fat in a week, so it's bound to be
water, which you can eliminate fast!

Which is something - at least you now know what you might be doing wrong, so
you know what you can do about it.

Is wine so bad? Or ice-cream? Not if you've got the points for it. Sure -
it's not as good as a well balanced meal maybe, but at least with WW you can
have a bit of whatever you want. Hey - I love a good wine, and I sure don't
abstain! *grin*

Yeah - I love that start over Monday feeling. I WI in on Thursdays and have
4 days to "clean up" after the weekend!

Keep on trucking along.
You can do it. Just be mindful of what you are doing and eating.
I understand the troubles...
You can do it
