After well and truely exceeding any thought of an upper points limit over
the past few days, hopefully today marks the beginning of a back on track.
The weight's still hovering in my green zone, but has the potential to head
on up to a warning level if the choc chip cookies (non-reduced fat
versions! - note plural) from yesterday take hold. Anyway, here's todays:
B: Weetbix et al (4.5)
L: Pumpkin soup (1 - just pumkin, onion and stock powder), toast (3),
cheese slice (1.5)
S: Mandarin (0.5), apple (1), mixed nuts (1.5), non-low fat cookie (2),
warm milo (malted milk drink thing) and milk (2)
D: Steak (3.5), Veg (0.5)
So far - 21
Standard 2 point walk this morning.
I'll be having a non-fat hot chocolate, marshmallows and some low-fat
cookies for afters, so that all bumps me up to 23.5 for the day. 1.5 over
my target of 20 after I eat my exercise points. Hmmm... not so on track,
but getting there. No milo tomorrow!!
