I had a day in London this weekend, but managed to stay fairly on track. Let
myself down by drinking 2 pints of very nice Wheat Beer, and half a Cornish
Pasty. But walked to work again this morning earning myself 4.5 points and
have to walk back (up hill) earning another 4.5
We will see if any damage has been done on Thursday when I get weighed.

Mmm Cornish pasties. When Nigel and I were in England visiting his
parents last year, I completely fell back into old habits, namely
eating when I wasn't hungry because I didn't want to pass up all the
yummy food! DH introduced my to Marks and Spencers sandwiches. :) And
I won't even talk about our 4 days in Rome he and my ILs surprised me
with. I think all the walking we did helped us.
Good for you for holding yourself to 2 pints...better than I would
have done! You do have to enjoy yourself sometimes, then you just go
back to normal.
