result: tired but happy!
Today didn't start well (too much pain, not enough sleep, no
breakfast!), but we'll see how it goes! I have extra kids in for tea
tonight, so have to redo tonight's menu...

Thanks! It seems to be working, and I felt much better by the end of
the day. I'm trying to use the exercise points to boost the loss this
week, as I put on again last time... Grr! I go up and down as often as
the lifts at Harrods!
