Last week I wanted some smoked mackerel for tea. I looked in 3 WW Books to
find points, and they varied from 5 to 10.5 per 100g

I took an average, but does anyone have a more accurate points value, as I
like smoked mackerel

Not sure how much this helps, but here's how Fitday lists 100 gr of smoked
mackerel:

Calories:  200
Fat:  10 gr
Sat Fat:  3 gr
Fiber:  0 gr

This would be 5 US points, but I have no idea how many UK points it would
be.

In the UK handbook a 150g fillet is 10 points.
