Question about steps

Well, made it back to a WW meeting after 9+ years away, I'm under goal so
everything is just fine.

I had a question about steps, though.  What counts as one step?  Is it each
time your left foot (or right foot) hits the ground, or is it each time
either foot hits?

Thanks!

Each foot is a step. Left, right, left, right - 4 steps.

Think of it as getting in more exercise than you thought! (G)
