Mashed Potatoes No Milk 3 POINTS

2 pounds baking potato -- quartered
1 tablespoon minced garlic -- halved
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 cup water -- Use drained off from potatoes
Tip:1 med potato yields one cup of peeled/sliced/cubed potato
Create seasoning combo by combining cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder,
garlic powder in a small cup. Set aside
Place potato and garlic in a medium saucepan. Add water to cover. Bring to a
boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes.
Measure and acquire water needed for broth. Dissolve chicken broth into
water. Discard remaining water.
Return potato mixture to pan. Add broth and seasoning combo. Mash with a
potato masher or whip it up with a mixer.
