Last night I binged. Today my scale shows that I have gained four pounds. I
have eaten all my points for the day,cant exercise, have to go to work at
midnight (it's 8:11 pm here). Should I just go to bed and get up and start
it as a new day? or not eat till I get up tomorrow afternoon? Or eat tonight
and count it on tomorrow?
Scared that I wont be able to maintain this week,

If you're able to go to bed and not eat until you get up tomorrow, enabling
you to start a new day, I'd vote for that option.

When did you start your day today? It might be ok to start at midnight,
have a few low point/no point snacks then continue your day tomorrow
afternoon.

I've probably missed this now, but IMO the best thing to do is accept
that you have binged and remember how you feel now, but don't feel the
guilt. Just carry on. If you don't maintain then you know what caused
it, and the consequence is that you have another pound or two to lose
- so what. It'll come off soon enough.
If you feel hungry, eat normally. Exercise when you can.
Don't starve yourself just 'cos you've binged, down that road lies
disaster.

I got on the scale at home this morning(8:30 am) and said 155 so I up about
1.6 so I think by Thursday I make the WI.
Knee is better this morning.

This is an interesting dilemma, because of my weird work schedule I do not
have the traditional "day" I sometimes run out of points but know I will be
awake for a while longer so I wait three hours and start a new day. Lee
