low carb 20 point program

Hello everyone,
Once again I am going to give WW another try. I have not done so well over the
summer and really need to get this weight off. That last statement sure sounds
like a broken record from me. Well anyway I have consistently stayed below 150
for most of the summer but was thinking I will give the low carb menu that was
put out by WW sometime ago a try. My question is does anyone know about how
many carbs there are in that program. I know it can vary, the reason I am
asking is because I may be moving for the Army and am trying to eat the food I
have. I hope this makes sense. The other option I know is to just do the
program without the low carb menu using the food I have but would like to give
this a try. I plan to start on Sunday. My goal is to stick with it for 21 days.
I have heard after that time it becomes a habit.
