I can't figure out how to count a veggie burger. They seem to range
from 2 to 9 points!
I get mine from Chirping chicken. They have a lot of visible peas,
corn, carrots but i really don't know what else. Why are Burger King
veggie burgers so many points???
Any idea what they should be counted?

BK has a bunch of fat it is cooked in and the 8 or 7 includes the bun, ask
them for the info and figure or go to their site and build it, Lee

What's the nutrition info-cals/fat/fiber? You'll have to calculate it based
on the info on the box. I think the BK ones include the 3-5 points for a
roll.

I forgot about the mayo that is included with the BK veggie burger.
According to their nutrition info both the burger and the roll are 3 points
each. Add 2 more points for the may for a total of 8 points.

If I knew the nutrition info I wouldn't be asking! So I am simply
tryinmg to get a decent estimate

It is hard as the WW site has a Boca original vegan at one point, and when I
bout them in the regular they were about 3 ounces, I recently got some
restaurant pak same flavor just larger and it is 1.5 when I put in 3 1/2
ounces, I guess I would take the middle road and say 4 or 5 if I had no NL
to figure it out from, Lee

I just checked the WW Canada Online points for veggie burgers. They range
anywhere from 1 to 10 points each (most in the 6-10 point range) depending
on where it's from.
Probably best to buy your own veggie burger patties from your local grocery
and pick the ones that you know are lowest in points, then make your own.

I like the Boca. With Healthy Life 98 %fat free buns (4 grams of fiber)
makes 2.5 points for a sandwich.
