Hello all you losers and maintainers.  Congrats to all that have met their
weight loss goal and are maintaining them and to all the others hang in
there and you will soon be successful too.

I lost 4.0 lbs this week (had the flu), but that pushed me past some goals
that I had for my weight loss journey.  I have successfully lost my 2nd 10%
and met my WLL goal,  I have lost over 60 lbs and I entered a new decade.  I
am at my lowest now than I have been in over 7 years.

So here are my stats.

WLL Goal Met!
Next goal 250 (to actually weigh what my drivers license says)
Ultimate goal 150ish

The problem with this world is stupidity, now I'm not saying there should
be capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the
safety labels off everything and let the problem solve itself?
