I do WW on line with flexpoints, and I add 10 exercise points for nursing.
Does anyone know if there's a similar adjustment on the CORE plan (which I
don't quite understand yet)? I know that the first week booklet for
flexpoints addressed nursing. Does the CORE intro. book address it? I'm
not sure if I should try making the switch...
Thanks,
Nancy

I'm no expert, but my take is that you'd just eat enough Core Foods to
satisfy you. If you needed more while nursing than while not...then so be
it. I bet that is the only adjustment.

LOL, I wish. I'd be awfully skinny now if that were the case.

Ok, I read it and it's no different than what the adjustment is to the Flex
Plan. You eat til you're satisfied, and you still have the 35 flex points a
week plus activity points. Let me know if you have any further questions..

I sure hope CORE is compatible with Nursing. My wife who is on WW starts
nursing school on Tuesday.... :-)

I thought the flex plan gave you ten extra points per day, though. At least
it was when I went to meetings on Winning Points. But since CORE is eating
certain foods without restriction, I'd just fill up on those foods and only
get the 35 a week, huh? I'll have to take another look at that list. Oh,
by the way, do you know if the whole wheat blend pasta counts as one of the
core foods? Or does it need to be 100% whole wheat....
Thanks for responding,
