WLL wk 10: maintained at 192.6
SUB wk 12: 3 days
SUB wk 13: 5 days

Well another week came and went. No loss this week but that was expected
with TOM due (came the morning after after WI). I always gain with TOM so a
maintain is a good thing.

I am now trying the Core plan. So far I am liking it although it does take
more planning than the old Flex Plan. I am trying to see if I can truely do
with out all the junk and carbs that had krept into my diet lately. No more
chips. I do have some left over Pria bars and Miss Merigines but I will
slowly finish them up over the next several weeks. What I enjoyed the most
is that we went out to dinner last night. I had Prime rib, squash with
tomatos, a baked potato (skin and all) and it was all core foods. I snuck my
ICBNB spray in my purse and used that on my potato. Very satisfying dinner.
I do find that I am not craving foods as much these days nor am I stressing
over the points. This is a good thing too.

I'm hoping it will be. Scale is down a pound this morning. Maybe this core
program will be what I need to shake things up.

Yes it was. I only have 1 more week here then it is back to NJ and HOME!!!!
Of course it means going back to work but I think I will only work 3 or 4
days a week this fall. On my off days I can play with friends and go
shopping <g>.

Glad the Core is working for you.
Don't think it'd be for me - you'd be amazed how much allowed stuff I can
eat - I have a limitless appetite!
Hope this week, with TOM behind you, shows you the results you deserve :)

Thanks Krys. So far so good. I am finding it fairly easy to stick with. I do
get tempted by some of the junk still in the house. I did hit the chips but
only had 5 or 6 yesterday. I'm not sure why. Probably boredom. I was not in
the mood to do work.

Thanks Janice. Hopefully I can start losing again. I feel like I am stuck
maintaining.

I felt that way from January until about April or May--you'll start losing
again soon just remember a maintain is a lot better than a gain!!!

I've been "stuck" every other month this past year. I'm hoping that I can
stay focused on the core plan so that it will work. Too many things going on
in my life right now.

I hope the Core plan helps you break through your current experience
of "stuckness." The end of cravings sure sounds good. So does not
stressing over points. If you're a stress eater, then stressing over
points only compounds the challenges of coping with stress-eating.

You'll be moving back home soon won't you?

I'm moving back home next weekend. One more week!! Yahoo. I love my mother
but it is getting really old living with her. She hates the fact that I am
working from here so I spend a fair amount of time at the computer. She has
a companion so she really does not need us this summer. It will be nice to
get home and sleep in our own beds and watch our TV shows. I'm not looking
forward to going back to the heat and humidity of NJ but I can't have it
all.

I've been trying to do the core program. WI is Tuesday and I have about 15
of my 35 weekly allowance left. Too many social events. We went shopping and
had lunch at Friendly's. DD's meal came with a sundae. I asked for a small
vanilla SF sundae. The one they have on their Low carb. I asked for just a
touch of fudge sauce. She said she'd put some on for "coloring". that would
have been perfect except either she forgot or someone else made it. It was
made with SF icecream + FF SF fudge sauce + whipped cream. And they were the
normal amounts of ingrediants. Of course I ate it. Now my stomach is aching.
Any guess on the points?

I hope not. I've got 3 days to go. Its the fudge sauce and whipped cream I
can't figure out. The Ice cream was only 1 pt. Off to google.

Thanks. That looks roughly what I found too. I'm calling it 6 and leaving it
at that. I won't do that again any time soon.
