Didn't get to my meeting last night... DH didn't get back from North London in time (hold up at the Dartford Crossing!), so no official weight this week. However, my bathroom scales show a maintain, with which I need to be satisfied, given the excesses of the last couple of weeks! Keep fingers suitably tangled for me for next week!
