Had a bit of a setback recently so I decided I'd get back on track
this week and it worked, Not sure what weight I last posted but I'm
now on 187 which is a bit of a whoosh for me (-4 I think).

So next goal is 182, then get a clothing allowance.

Still doing the weights. The neighbour who give me occasional advice
is coming round during the holiday to chat about progress.

Another visit from the Whoosh Fairy! -4 lbs seems a bit more than a
"bit of a whoosh." Funny how getting on program and staying there
works. Congratulations.
