2 lb's UP

Oh well. This is the frst time since I started WW in June that my weight has
gone up. Not been counting points this week, and missed the gym twice due to
appointments I couldn't avoid. I have also not been drinking the water like
I should. It seems like when I am good I am very very good but once I slip I
am horrid. lol

Not to worry. I have my gym bag and am going straight from work today, and I
am back to logging.

All those things can make a difference especially the water. Another culprit
to check is your TOM as that will do some scale damage too. Fortunately
thats a temporary gain.

Glad to see you are getting back on track. Good luck this week.

The TOM thing is funny with me these days. I had a small op in January, and
had a Mederna Coil fitted, this has caused my periods to almost stop (I am
50 too) So I do not have a monthly cycle. It's more like every two or three
months.

I will just get back to it. Logging exercise and water has not let me down
yet :-)
