Points Plus is the old program in Europe, now we just started with Flex
Points.... In the Points Plus u eat dep. on ur weight between 18-24
points.. (for ex. my range was between 20-24/day - u must eat at least ur
minimum.), plus, u can earn some more from activity/exercise..... So, Flex
Points seems to be nicer than the Points Plus one cause u have an extra
amount of 35 to eat in the way u want.... oh, i forgot to say.... the points
that u dont eat each day ( 4 a day) u could acumulate them and eat them
anytime in the same week........... U didnt miss a thing! Now with Flex I
can eat or i must eat 20 a day.............. almost same isnt it?
=)

These are just different ways of counting your points. Still roughly the
same amount of food. It sounds like the Points Plus plan is the same as the
old US 1-2-3 plan that was in place just before Flex points. I like the Flex
plan better because it allows you to use a chunk of points for special
occasions without having to worry whether or not I had "banked" enough
points in advance for that event. And now we have Core where we don't count
points anymore.

I'm pretty sure I was misunderstood...
What I was asking about was a *CD* (e.g. compact disk for a computer)
with *software* on it, the title of that CD being "Points Plus".
I was wondering if anyone here knew what that software was/what does
it do?
Thanks for the replies.
