I don't remember when I posted my challenge results last so here's the past
few weeks of info.

WW wk 1: no change 188.8
WW wk 2: -1.8 to 187

MILI wk 2: 2 Curves
MILI wk 3: 3 Curves
MILI wk 4: 5 Curves (Finally getting to curves on a regular basis)

Down another 1.8 lbs. 5.6 gone on Core in 4 weeks. It took me from June 19
to August 24 to lose the same amount that I lost in 4 weeks doing Core. I
think Core is working for me.

I found that I had little or no interest in junk this week too. Used my WAP
for Non-Fat soft ice cream (2pts) most nights this week, a hamburger roll
(1) and some white rice (2) (chinese restaurant does not have brown rice
yet). I did have some strange cravings Friday at work. I could not figure
out what I was craving either. I suspect that I was bored/tired/stressed out
over work and not really a food craving. That or a delayed PMS attack at the
tail end of my TOM. I was a basket case driving home from work yesterday.
Very strange.

Last night's dinner came from Famous Dave's (chicken and rib place). I got
their roasted chicken platter (1/2 chicken). It comes with a 1/2 ear of corn
and a small corn muffin. I ordered the side dishes of baked beans and their
apple slices for DH to eat. I had half of the chicken (took off skin), half
of the corn muffin and a couple of apple slices. The rest went into the
refrig or to DH to eat. I had the rest of the muffin for lunch today as well
as the left over chicken breast in my salad. It was nice to NOT over eat
when we do take out for a change. Especially with WI being the next morning.
No damage done last night. I CAN do this.
