   one of my gifts for my birthday was the weight watchers program plan, the new one, i was pretty excited  plus a few other stuff, im very excited, so i will follow  the programs, maybe i can combine the 2 programs now, i will see what they have  i have the 2nd week of the program also, i was really excited to see that, i hope everyone had a good one, it was a lovely day today, got home  about two hours agol. hugs
