bit of a disaster
back up to 190.
reasons - i ate too much. pumpkin pie, and curry, and wine, and
everyone seems to be bringing cream cakes in to work.
moral of the tale is don't try experimenting with low carb when you
are doing ok on WW.
did ok yesterday and today so MAYBE i'm back on program, or at least
on maintenance.
I'm not worried. I did an experiment and learned I don't do low-carb.
Getting back on track has been more difficult than I imagined, but
things are getting back to normal now so I have everything going for
me :)

hard getting back on track! I hope u do well!

Good luck getting back on track. It may take some time for your body/mind to
recover from your low-carb experiment.

Go easy on yourself Ray. You might've gone off on a side path but
you're not so far off that you don't know your way back. I admire you
for trying your experiment with low-carb. And I thank you, too. Now I
don't have to do it. <G> It's just like sky-diving vicariously through
your experience.

Well at least now you what doesn't work for you :-) Consider it as a little
break you had. Now 's the time to jump right in, and after a few days on
programme/maintenance you 'll be used to it again.

Thank you all for your support
1750 calories today, and a good workout. So still OP.
Thursday is gonna be a trial. I have to take some apple crumble into
work (long story) and not eat any ! If I can make pasta on wednesday I
can take the leftovers in on thursday for lunch and maybe I won't get
hungry enough to eat the crumble - or not:)

Made it!! No crumble or parkin for me :)
made chilli instead of pasta and it was hot! hot! hot!!!! (whole red
habeneros plus a couple of small chillies that a friend grows, for two
people). I love the feeling when your tongue and lips go numb.
