WW week 6: +1 to 184.4 Total 61.2
MILI week 8: 4 walks/curves sessions

Not totally sure what is happening with my body right now. TOM is overdue by
a few days which explains the gain. I'm not concerned about the gain but am
concerned that if TOM does not come soon I will have another gain this week.
Scale was up .5 this morning. arrgghh. Could Core mess my cycle up like
this? And no, I am not preggo.

Your last sentence took all the fun out of it. <G>

I don't think it's your healthy eating messing up your cycle. I think
it's called aging. My own experience is that I was as regular as
clockwork for decades and then at 38, things started changing. There
was a lot going on in my life at the time, so at first I thought it
was stress. In part that was true because when the stress stopped I
settled back into my regular cycles. But not for long. During that
time, I lost and gained weight a couple of times. There was no
long-lasting effect caused by my weight fluctuations.

My opinion: We're just all different when it comes to the change.

Sorry about that. But at 49+ that is the last thing I need! Plus I would
have a lot to explain if I did get preggo.

I did have a problem earlier in the year. I thought *the Change* was coming
then. Turns out it was not enough oil. That's when I added the Flax oil each
day. Now I am getting the Flax plus the 2 teaspons of canola oil each day.
Maybe it is not enough.

I wish my body would give me more warnings that this is happening. Course I
would be happy if TOM just disappeared completly. I can do without all the
other symptoms my friends have gone through.

Since Core works so well for you it 's gotta be hormones/fluid retention.
Stick to it, you know the pounds will go off again... Good luck!

Like men don't have moods. or hormones. Denial is not a river in

it might affect your cycle if you are getting the fat they require on core.
Lee, glad I didn't have to ask the "P" ?

I might not be getting enough oil. I had this problem earlier in the year
and it was caused by not enough oil. I added Flax oil. I do get my 2
teaspoons <most> days. I'll have to make sure that I get it everyday.

Well, being pregnant would sure make for a whole series of gains....*grin*
I expect the TOM lateness is to blame tho - really does mess with your body
doesn't it? I'm not one to ask about messed up cycles - mine is completely
dolally.....which I do think is diet-related, but hey, I'm no expert.  Hope
it arrives asap so that next week shows you a loss.

Today is day 35. Still waiting. Scale is bouncing around. I did see the
scale go down yesterday but it went up again today but that could be from
last night's chinese buffet.
