Hello all! How are you doing?
Not so sure WHAT I did differently but I best figure it out so I can keep
doing it! I am down 3.6lbs this week for a total of 7.8lbs gone over the
last 3 weeks! Yahoooo! I have a goal of 200lbs by Christmas and it looks
like I am well on my way! :)

Heheh yes it did. Now if only I could figure out what to do about my jeans
dilemma. The 18s are WAYYYY too big and I spend 3/4 of my day pulling my
pants up or holding onto them when walking (no belts :( ) and the new 16s I
bought over the summer for some motivation don't fit yet. I can get them all
the way up which I couldn't do when I bought them, I just can't button them
yet!
Thanks, Nathalie!

wash the jeans and dry them to a crisp, that will get you a couple of hours,
you can also by suspenders and wear over or under a lose shirt, Lee, queen
of ill fitting clothes

Lol, Krys! Ugh APs- I didn't do well on those last week...I only got 4. I
seem to be having a problem though because when I workout I eat and eat and
eat completely out of control. I've tried different things and it just
doesn't seem to help. That might have contributed to the big loss but I
can't go on this whole time without exercising!

excellent, it may be that your body figured it was getting better nutrition
and therefore didn't need as much extra stores, good for you, Lee

Thanks, Lee!
I think my tummy is 'shrinking' already! I definitely can't eat as much as I
used to. For example, my aunt and I go to dinner one night a week. I know
most people can't work this way but I always give myself the night "off" WW
wise but it's okay because we get the SAME thing every time so I can't go
crazy, you know? Anyway we share a large caesar salad and split a medium
pizza. Usually we end up eating about 3/4 of the salad and then we each
finish our half of the pizza. This time, I ate most of my normal salad
portions but my aunt just joined WW with me (we went to dinner after the
meeting) and so we went with the small and I couldn't even eat the last
piece! Yayyyy!

What ever you are doing don't change anything. You are doing great.

Lol I'm still trying to figure out what I did last week any differently. It
might actually be that I ate ALL of my points (flex and daily points)
whereas in the past there are a few days where I just can't eat all of my
points and I don't use the flex.

That may be it in a nut shell. Eating too little can cause a slow loss or
even a gain.
Miss Violette - 28 Oct 2004 18:47 GMT
this will make me gain even more than anything else, Lee
