Cross with myself.  Been too lazy to shop this week, so we've ate out of the
freezer.  Result - I've gained a pound and a half!

Not doing that again.  I got up at 5 this morning, went for a run for 45
mins (would have been an hour but my new - very expensive - running shoes
were killing me) and then bought some soya milk on the way home for my
porridge - better than the 4 slices of toast I butter I was eating last week

Can still reach goal by Christmas and I intend to do it

All the best

Sorry this week was less than kind to you........ time to make sure that
freezer is stocked with more healthy stuff for next time laziness strikes :)
Which reminds me, I'd better go get some soup out of mine now if I'm going
to have it for lunch!

At least you know how it comes, so next week should be better. Good job on
the running at 5 in the morning, that takes some courage!

Yeah, I hate when laziness hits. Sometimes when I feel a lazy spell
coming (or an extra-busy week at work), I'll cook up a large batch of
something or other so I don't have to think about meal preparation.
Sometimes my refrigerator will be stocked with pre-portioned
breakfasts (oatmeal), lunches (soup), and dinners (stew) for an entire
week. It feels like having a live-in maid!

I'm never usually that organised, though this week I'm doing my damndest to
plan ahead.  I'm not sure I'll ever get to the stage of preparing meals more
than a day in advance though.  Basically, far too lazy

we don't do it often as our schedule doesn't allow for it, but when we do it
really seems to be a big saver, Lee
