DH did this to my dressing this morning.  He said he was going founder
himself if he didn't.  and to think I got it done for 4 points for 170 gm,
he might have exploded if I had made it the before time way, Lee

Aren't you glad it only lasts one day???

I finished off the pumpkin fluff last night. We have turkey, ham, stuffing
and potatoes left in the refrig. I'll add some turkey to my salad for lunch
today. Nice change from my usual chicken.

We're out of everything but some skinless boneless turkey (for a curry
tomorrow) and some of that brownie stuff that I managed to have only a very
decent part of for dinner.. we walked about 3 hours today so there !

Brownie stuff is the easiest thing
It's something like 3 pts for 1/8th of the recipe

1 PKG no pudge brownie mix
2/3 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1 PKG Fat free sugar free jell-o pudding (chocolate)
3 cup cold water
1 Tub FF cool whip

Prepare the brownie mix following instruction, cook (in a nice looking pan)
and let cool completely (don't cut), prepare pudding and pour over brownies,
put in the fridge until set...

Serve with Cool whip..

The curry.. I haven't made it up yet...

thanks, I know about making it up as I go.  I did that with beef and noodles
tonight.  I tried to make it like hamburger helper to help college age niece
to learn an easy recipe.  it turned out wonderful and was close to core but
DH says to complex for non cooking kid. here is what we did.  It worked out
to 5.5 for six servings.  We figured the points on the recipe but ymmv
depending on meat and noodles

brown and cook enough hamburger meat to get 8 ounces after it is cooked.
After you have rinsed and weighed 8 ounces return to skillet.  in a separate
pan cook 4 ounces of onion, then add to meat.  Then add 4 ounces canned
mushrooms, then one mushroom gravy mix.  Then add 6 servings whole wheat
pasta, we used spirals, then add enough water to cover entire pot barely.
Cook until pasta is cooked tender and water is gone.  Add 1 cup sour cream.
stir and divide into 6 servings.

I think if we do this again I will add more mushrooms and onion.  The only
non core item was the gravy mix and it was one point for the whole gravy
package.  Lee

You could make it core by using Tomato sauce instead of the gravy. It does
remind me of Hamburger helper.

I was after "white food" so the tomato sauce wouldn't have suited my taste
buds right now but it is an idea for later, thanks, Lee who counts points
but eats naturally from a bunch of the core list,
