Well, my meeting is no longer meeting. I went to weigh in the pecan pie and such, and they are not there any longer. Only meetings in town now meet in the evening, so.... I don't know if I will check in at one or not.
The turkey day fallout was not too bad, because I had been under goal a bit anyway, as long as I count the WW one and not my somewhat ill conceived 159 that I managed to do last year. I will go for that again in January. My December goal is to stay under 164. All okay this week, despite being up 1.5 from eating way too much on Thursday.
Still under Fred too, just like I like it. :)

Good job staying under goal again this week. Sorry to hear that your meeting
has closed. I bet it will be back in January when people start joining again
after the holidays. Hepefully you can hold on until then or figure out a way
to make the evening meeting.

Your extra 1.5 lbs from turkay day should disappear soon. I think half of my
3lbs is now gone as of this morning. Due to lack of fiber in the meal my
body is taking a lot longer to process it.

Too bad your meeting is no longer... let 's hope they start again soon. Or
can you do without them?
You did great considering Thanksgiving. That 's one thing we don't have to
worry about in Europe... but then again we have Saint-Nicolas next week,
meaning chocolate and marzipan galore, and that 3 weeks before Christmas! It
'll be tough but we can do it.

Ak Marzipan! I love that stuff. Luckily it is rare here.

Hi Lesanne!

Bummer about your meeting times.  Hope you find one that will work for you.
In the meantime good luck maintaining your December goal!

I would hate it if they changed my meeting, good luck with your current goal, Lee

Lady, you are pushing things.  (g)

I believe you will remain down there this week, too.  I seem to have
swung widely from yesterday to today: Up 3 pounds!!!!  Who knows what
Weds will bring.

Did another snow hike today.  Pictures are referenced in thread above
- I know - you love cold and snow!
