My goals are :
1- Eat within my points (target and half my APs no more than half my flex
pts)
2- Work out 3 times/week
3- Walk 30 minutes/day
4- Drink 8 cups of water/day
5- Track EVERYTHING

Yesterday I ate within (sp ?) my points, I drank all my water and walked 45
minutes (with the dog)... and tracked it all !

Today so far, I worked out 30 minutes (25 of which high intensity) on the
elliptical machine, ate 2 egg wraps (3 pts total) and had my coffee smoothie
and 1 cup of water at the gym..

I'm walking the dog this afternoon (we went to play this morning.. she's a
hoot really)

DH served himself a huge bowl of cereals while I was writing my egg wraps
down in my journal.. he made a face and put half the cereals back in the
box.. "I don't really need that much huh ?"

I hadn't said a word !!!!! or even looked at him disaprovingly !!! :o)

Second day strictly OP.. I'm working tonight though.. we'll see..
