up another .4 this 2 pounds above my all time low.  I feel very fortunate
when I think what I would have gained in years past.  I am still doing
things the same but my points being in line and the use of those points have
been errr a little junkier than usual.  I made my goal to maintain during
this time so I could make these choices, it is working very nicely, Lee,
hoping you have a great week and wonderful holiday

Great attitude. Hang in there and watch the junk til after the NY. I
think we'll all have to buckle down come January 2.

I was getting bummed when I was looking at gains, but when I look at total
lost it is so much more positive, Lee

Well, considering the season, that's not bad at all. Once the
celebrating is over, you can get that off in no time. Wish you luck.
Merry Christmas, Elaine

merry Christmas it you as well, I am hoping to be able to get in a more
regular routine at the first of the year.  I am not knowingly eating
differently but I think a lot of it is too much salt form more ready made
meals this time of year, Lee

Hmmm.  Can you attribute it to anything in particular?  When should
you drop to a lower point value?  More exercise or salt???

next point drop is at 150 about 8 away, my top ww weight looks like 146 so
not that far away, there actually has been more salt in the form of frozen
dinners because of time constraints.  I know you didn't ask ME about
exercise, if I did any I would probably do better... Lee, who was thinking
there really has been a huge amount of salt,

Exercise - I would never mention that to you.

But I can make you sweat - I must have used a gazillion points
yesterday.  I beat the hell out of myself hiking and then snowshoeing
up 3,000 feet.  Excellent day in the mountains even if it was a real
stretch after Weds 18 mile bike ride.

The scale (dehydration) showed me below goal for the first time in a
bit this morning.  Trying to not overeat to compensate for yesterday's
overload.

Keep on doing what you 're doing, you will succeed. And indeed, maintaining
over the holidays is a good choice.
Good luck, and happy Christmas,

thanks for your good wishes, when I stop to think that I could easily gain
15 pounds from thanksgiving to New years I am fine with it the way it is,
Have a great holiday, Lee
