Hi, I am going to visit a cousin for this weekend. I weigh about 192
right now. Can someone tell me how many points I should consume
everyday to maintain this weight?

Can I just go by the formula of 192*12 = number of calories body burns
on a normal day and calculate the points from there? Is there some
official weight watchers formula for this? Thanks :)

I wouldn't worry about trying to figure out how many points to maintain.
Try and follow the program the best you can this weekend. Make good
choices and watch the booze and snacks. That should minimize the damage.
Then get back on track come monday morning. This is probably the best
way of incorporating in vacations and other holidays into this new way
of life.

Heres a site to calculate bmr.

However beware that if you have been losing weight for any extended
length of time your metabolism may be depressed significantly.
If I remember correctly WW suggest adding a couple of points when you
reach target, and then maybe increase gradually till you reach
maintenance.

But as Laura says don't worry too much about points, but don't go mad.
Once you are back OP any excess will be gone soon enough.

Good luck
