Try as I might, I have not lost an OUNCE over the holidays, but what the
heck.  I am giving a crepe party on new year's day then it will all be
officially over.  One thing about crepes, you can load them up with
something like lean ham and low or no fat cheese and get away with nibbling
on it while enjoying your guests.  These are great parties when there are
kids coming, by the way.  You can do the crepes the day before, then warm
them in an electric skillet or something or reheat them on a grill (I gave
myself that lovely Wolfgang Puck grill for MY Xmas to me!) and people pile
on whatever they want. I find some "sparkling sugar" for the kiddos..its
crunchy and comes in different colours, so they should have a ball.
I did have my last slice of pecan pie on Xmas...why the last?  The lower
braces go on on Monday, that's why.  Two things I can't have in one pie:
sticky filling and crumbly nuts!

sounds wonderful, think of not losing this way... if you had not been doing
ww how much do you think you might have gained instead?  Lee, happy new year

Sounds like a great party.  Enjoy and don't worry, you'll be back OP soon
enough.

Thanks
It just got bigger.  At least I made it an excuse to get some new
kitchen stuff (ahem).  I got a nice grill (the excuse being that I need
to heat the ones with the cheese) and a Wolfgang Puck deep electric
skillet.(that excuse being that I need to keep them warm)  I think I
bought too much champaigne, but you can always keep the leftover bottles
for next year.

Good job maintaining this holiday season. that's been my goal and so far
I have suceeded. I do have a week back at home before my next official

Well, I was not trying to Maintain but seems that is about what I did.
I want and wanted to LOSE!!!

Missed yesterday's meeting entirely.  Sidetracked by report writing
and only realized about two minutes before the meeting was to start -
a 20 minute drive away!!!  I hope this is not an unconscious way of
totally shucking it.
