Eating all the points is going to be hard for the next day or so: I
cannot taste anything, not even strong coffee! No apatite and no
incentive to eat. :(

It seems to be at least as bad as the one that floored me before
Christmas. So far today I have drunk a gallon of weak tea, and consumed
six and a half points...
Home scales said 167.5 last night at bed time, and 160 and hour ago. My
temperature is going up and down like the lifts in Canary Wharf!

Awww Kate, another of those colds and TOM, sometimes it 's so unfair! Now
cuddle up in the couch with some hot tea ( or some hot whisky toddy???) and
take good care of yourself. As for the weight, never mind, plenty of time to

I was eating well at the point I took the exercise - TOM and cold took
over later in the week...
I shed half a stone in 24 hours as I was running a raging temperature
and playing like a fountain. The home scales said 160 lbs this morning,
rather than 159 as yesterday morning, but I only ate 5.5 points on
Friday and 13 yesterday. I am keeping the fluids up, though. Thursday
PM weigh in was officially 166.5 lbs, and I know my home scales weigh
about 2 lbs heavier than the WW ones.
