Well I am certainly slower than the last time, but did lose 1 pound &
made it into a new decade ;-D Next mini goals - (1) to reach 25 lost -
only 2.2 to go (2) to get below 265 - 4.3 to go. It will probably take a
couple ot weeks to even reach the first - but I will do it ;-D

Slow and steady gets there in the end - and is more likely to keep the
weight off than losing too much too fast.

Well done.

Great job. You are making progress. Maybe losing slowly will mean that you
don't gain it back or at least that's what I am hoping for myself.

Thanks Brenda. I think it will probably take a week or two as I'm losing
much slower this time due to the beta blocker -  but I will do it!

Well done, Elaine. And it might be slower, but it 's a consistent loss and
that 's a good thing.
