Damn, damn, damn.  I put on 2 lbs and I'm back up to 11 stone, a number I
swore to myself I would not see again. So, no more excuses.  My favourite
jeans are starting to feel tight and its time to get down to some serious
work.

Been running today and I've got a half marathon lined up for a couple of
weeks time, so hopefully that will keep me on the straight and narrow

All the best

Well, unless you want to frame those jeans, get to work.  I'm sure you
can do it.  The half marathon would kill me!!!!  But should help your
efforts.

Sorry to hear that Hazell.  Jeans are as good a measure as scales I
reckon.....or as bad, depending on how you're feeling about it!  Best of
luck for that marathon - I'm sure the training for that will help get you
back in the right direction asap :)

Sorry about the gain, Hazell, but it looks like you have it under
control now. Hope the Whoosh Fairy visits you this week.

Sorry to hear about the gain. You know what to do as you have done it
before. I think a lot of us are struggling to get back into things after the
holidays so you are not alone. Hang in there and good luck.
