Went out for dinner for my birthday last night, and ate
what I wanted without going overboard. Even stayed away
from the breadbasket and I love bread.
Okay, I brought a piece home for breakfast this
morning. *g*
Anyway, I split a tiramisu with a friend, and I can't
find a point count for it either in my week one book or
on the web site. Does anyone know how many points it
would be?
Thanks!

The only way you can accurately do that is to know all of the ingredients,
point them, and then point your portion...
and if you guess, you *know* it's going to be too low a guess - first law of
WW, innit ;-)

My Eating Out Book (UK version) says 10.5 points. This would be an
average restaurant serving.

The US equivalent says 10 points for a 2 1/4" square.

I found it in the Italian section of the Dining Out Companion. Tiramisu 1
piece (2 1/4 inch square) = 10 points.

Thanks. I was guessing somewhere in the 10-12 point
range. You and Kate confirm that.

The German Restaurant guide has 1 small portion as 8 points so my
guesss is between 4 and 6 for 1/2 a portion, depending on the size.
