Despite being a complete pig this weekend, I managed to lose 2lb last week.
I'm not getting too excited about that loss because I'm sure next week I'll
either maintain or (more than likely) gain a little :( Still, only time will
tell I s'pose :)

Take the loss and run with it. In fact, if you *keep* running, you'll
lose some more next week. LOL Be HAPPY girl!

If you're very, very good about tracking points or
staying on Core (whichever applies) and exercising this
week, you may be surprised.
