I'm sat here right now craving a packet of cheese and onion crisps. I mean
*really* craving them. I'm not going to give in tho..... I'm fighting it
every way I can. I've had breakfast and its another 2 hours til lunch...
think I might have a low point snack - definitely not crisps tho! :)

I know I'm way too late to help with your craving - and I'm not the
best one to give advice since I don't always listen to myself...LOL
But, when cravings hit, try a little protein with some filling raw
vegetables. Keep hard boiled eggs in your frig to eat with celery or
radishes. Not as exciting as your preferred snack, but a sensible
alternative.

Slice a LARGE carrot, and dip the slices in zero fat dressing as you
nibble them S L O W L Y...

When I get cravings, I reach for the no-point homemade vegetable soup (of
whatever no-point veggies I have in) and drink that - I find it helps reduce
the cravings for the naughty stuff. Of course - you can always point your
chosen poison and eat it - but make sure it's not an everyday thing, with
the everyday stuff being the healthy stuff.

Hang in there. The day after over eating can be difficult as cravings tend
to rear its ugly head. Hide those chips and drink lots of water.

Good luck Kat - cravings can be very difficult to deal with.

I've managed to deal with them so far! I've just been informed that there's
still some steak left over. It was gooooorgeous steak, but I said no! I'll
have something a bit healthier :)

I didn't give in to my crisp craving either.... I had a low point ham sarnie
and then chopped up a couple of carrots into nibble sticks and snacked on
those instead :)
