I didn't weigh in last week, so this week - down 1 lb to 194.  Also have TOM
again
so hoping that next week will show more of a loss - we'll see.

Today will be pretty much a write off in the "staying on program"
department.  It's
my birthday and my parents are coming to spend a few hours with DS after his
dental appointment, then we are supposed to be going out for dinner with
them, then
there'll be cake - can't have a birthday with an almost 4 year old around
and not
have cake.  It'll be back OP for me tomorrow!

Thanks Elaine - I've got leftover b'day cake in the fridge that I have to
try to ignore!

Thanks Lynne.  I had a good birthday!  Dinner with DH, DS,
grandma, mom and dad, then lots of phone calls from family -
it was all good!

Dinner was great - went to Pebbles Restaurant at the Driftwood Inn
http://www.driftwoodmotorinn.com/

Mom, Dad, DH and I had steak with garlic prawns - DH didn't have
the prawns.  DS had deep fried prawns & fries and Grandma had
seafood chowder.  The food here is wonderful - as a matter of fact
we went to the same place for my b'day last year too.

Cake was good too, but I've got to resist having any more!

Back on track now....

I used to be disgusted. Now I try to be amused.

Thanks Fred.  My b'day was a good one.  DH asked on the
weekend what I wanted for my b'day and I gave him three
items to choose from and guess what - he bought all three!

Dinner and cake were good but I'm back on track starting
now.

Nope!  A Conair blow dryer, a Betty Crocker hand-held
mixer and a toolbox with a fancy new Stanley tape measure
inside!

I think this is one of the first times I actually did NEED all
three things - usually I just pick something I like - whether
I need it or not!

Enjoy them all but don't over do use of the hand mixer (G)
