Well, it's our first negative week. We gained 3.5 pounds and I'm willing to
bet it's because of the Superbowl party going late last night and weighing
early this morning.

We all gained a pound and I added the .5 in addition. So, this week, no FLEX
points allowed!

Holding at 25 pounds lost!

Glenn B.

Last week was a stressful week with work and other things, yet we dropped a
whopping 5 pounds! Each of us lost this week, essentially contributing to
the team. :)

Total of 28.5 pounds lost so far!

Sorry about the gain. If it was SB related I'm sure some of it was water
retention due to salty stuff at the party. Drink lots of water and it will
disappear in a few days. Good luck this week. 25 Lbs for 5 weeks is still
very impressive.

There are always hickups along the way, and so long as you had fun...  :)

Don't be too hard on yourselves.  New week, new beginning.

Good loss, altogether.

Grin!!! Parties have a way of doing that!! Of course, it has nothing to
do with what you ate or drank, does it?  :-D  I bet it was worth it,
though ;-)  Now that it's over, you can get back OP & take care of that
little bump in the road. Good luck.

Superbowl?  Was there one?  Well, I'm only half kidding - who cares!!!
Just don't be out on the street bike riding when the drunks are
driving!

Yeah, that's about what I think of the Superbowl too - doesn't
do anything for me!

Even the commercials were boring this year. We watched/listened to it until
around 8pm when I switched the channel.

I didn't watch any of the Superbowl, but my grandmother was watching
the news and there was a clip of Paul McCartney singing for the half-time
show and I did watch about a minute or so of that.  The actual game isn't
interesting to me at all.

I'd rather watch Blue's Clues or Dora the Explorer with my almost 4
year old son!

I really enjoyed the half time show. I guess I'm getting old (pushing 50) as
I can't take the loud noise that comes out of most artists these days. DH
and DD love it. Drives me crazy to be in the car with them some times. I
guess this old fart has mellowed out since the new year.

My son was asking who is Paul McCartney?  I replied one of the Beatles who
made it on his own after they broke up.  He said oh, oldies huh.  Then the
show cam on and he was singing with the songs, he knew them all and
commented that hey, I hear these on the radio all the time.  Seems like Paul
McCartney is someone who breaks the age barriers when it comes to music.  I
adore him too.
